No trading between 9:15–9:30 AM. Let price discover. The first 15 minutes are noise.

Only planned setups. If it was not on your pre-market watchlist, it does not exist.

No social media tips, Telegram calls, or friend recommendations. Your analysis only.

Maximum 3 trades per day. Quality over quantity. Every extra trade dilutes your edge.

Use TradeGuard checklist before every entry. No exceptions.

🛡️Risk & Loss Limits

Maximum 2% capital risk per trade. Position size calculated before entry, never after.

Stop trading after 2 consecutive losses. Walk away. The market will be there tomorrow.

4% daily loss limit is absolute. Hit it — close everything, shut the screen, leave.

Every stop-loss is sacred. No moving it further, no hoping, no averaging.

🧠Emotional Control

No trading after an emotional loss. 15-minute mandatory cool-down minimum.

No revenge trading. Ever. The market does not know you lost. It owes you nothing.

If you feel rushed, excited, or anxious — do not trade. Emotion = bad execution.

When in doubt, stay out. Missing a trade is a position. It costs nothing.
